Craigmyle consultants bring training and mentoring skills to our work as part of our role in managing campaigns, and it is this current, direct experience which makes the stand-alone training and support packages we offer so effective. So, what type of support can we provide?
Training and support for Trustee Boards and Governors
This can cover a range of topics, from regulation and compliance to tailored training on fundraising techniques, and skills in governing fundraising. Lacking a Trustee with experience of fundraising? We can train up an existing member of the Trustee Board, to fulfil this important governance role. We can also attend occasional Trustee meetings to provide an external perspective.
Training and mentoring for staff
Whether you have a large fundraising staff or it’s just you, we can talk through with you what training you need, and devise a package that is right for you. We can provide induction for new members of staff to help them get up to speed quickly, and ongoing professional development to make sure that your knowledge remains fresh. For those in senior fundraising roles, a Craigmyle Consultant can act as a mentor, providing an external perspective that can help you be more effective in your work and engagement with donors, Trustees and other staff.
